One ring, three housings
The magnet array is shared. The housing is what you choose.
Every model in this line uses the same 12-pole N52 ring, so one magnetic test rig covers the whole range. What changes is the shell: CNC aluminium, moulded ABS, or aluminium with a TEC plate.
CNC aluminium
M25-A, M25-B, M25-D. Anodised 6063, 0.8mm wall. The default for retail packaging above €25.
Moulded ABS + PC
M15-A through M15-D. Lower tooling cost, faster colour changes, and the only option below 500 pcs per colour.
TEC plate
M25-C and M22-A. A 15×15mm Peltier element holds the coil under 42°C at 25W, where phones normally throttle to 7W.
Why it matters: if you already sell a 3-in-1 station, this line lets you offer the same magnet performance as a standalone SKU without opening a second magnet supply chain.

Qi2.2 25W requires a Qi2.2-certified phone or a Qi2 case. The 15W Qi models charge Qi2 phones at 15W.

What is the real difference between Qi2.2 and Qi2?
Qi2.2 raises the magnetic profile to 25W and tightens thermal reporting. A Qi2.2 charger still charges a Qi2 phone, but at 15W, and the reverse is also true. If your market is mostly iPhone 16 and later, specify Qi2.2; for a mixed market the 15W Qi models cover more devices at a lower unit cost.
Is the TEC version worth the extra cost?
At 25W a phone without cooling throttles to roughly 7W after 20 minutes. The TEC plate holds 25W for the full hour. It adds about $3.20 per unit at 1,000 pcs. Worth it where buyers compare charging curves; unnecessary for accessory bundles.
Will these work through a MagSafe-style case?
Up to 2mm of case thickness, yes. Beyond that the alignment tolerance drops and you lose roughly 15% efficiency. We can supply a spacer ring if your retail partner sells thick rugged cases.
What is the minimum for a custom colour?
500 pcs per colour on ABS models, 1,000 pcs on anodised aluminium. Pantone matching is included; a new anodising bath is not.
