04 — What we build differently
Four things that decide whether a charger is good.
Most factories will quote you the same 15W pad in a different shell. These are the four places where the specification actually separates one supplier from another.

Qi2.2 at a real 25W
Full 25W magnetic charging, not a 15W product wearing a Qi2 badge. Certified against the current WPC specification and registered under QHD 10136, so your compliance team can look it up rather than take our word for it.

Active thermal control
A TEC semiconductor plate and a silent fan hold the coil below 40 °C. The point is not the fan — it is that 25W still holds at minute forty instead of throttling back to 7W once the phone gets warm.

Spec and tooling plan
Send a reference photo, a drawing, or just a market requirement. You get back a costed proposal, a 3D render and a tooling schedule — not a catalogue and a question mark.

Sample and certification
Functional samples off the tool. Logo, colour, packaging and plug standard locked. Qi, FCC and CE reports issued against the exact sample you approve.

Mass production
Runs from 500 to 20,000 pcs. AQL 2.5 inspection, carton drop test, and a photo report on your desk before the container leaves Shenzhen.
25–30 days06 — Factory
One address for tooling, SMT and final assembly.
Everything happens under one roof in Bao'an, Shenzhen. That matters less for the brochure and more for the day something goes wrong: there is no third-party factory to chase, no supplier between you and the person who can fix it.
We quote lead times against our own floor capacity, not against a subcontractor's promise.
- Tooling In-house mould shop. 15–20 days for a new housing, 7 days for a modification.
- SMT 3 lines, 0201 capability, AOI inspection after every reflow.
- Assembly 4 manual lines with in-line functional test on every unit.
- Quality AQL 2.5 incoming and outgoing. 100% burn-in on all power banks.

08 — FAQ
Questions buyers ask before the first order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pcs per model and colour. Samples are available before you commit to an order, and private-mould ODM projects start at 3,000 pcs.
Can you print our logo and use our own packaging?
Yes. OEM orders can carry your logo, colour, packaging and plug standard from 500 pcs. We send a pre-production sample for your approval before the run starts.
How long do samples and mass production take?
Samples take 7–10 days. Mass production takes 25–30 days after sample approval. Repeat orders on existing tooling can be expedited to 18 days for an 8% surcharge.
What is the difference between the Q, P and S versions?
They share one housing and one set of tooling. Q is Qi2.2 certified with 25W magnetic charging, P is standard 15W Qi, and S is a cost-optimised 15W build — so you can sell Q in one market and P or S in another without paying for new tooling.
Are your Qi2.2 chargers certified by the WPC?
Yes. We are a WPC member and our Q-series models are registered under QHD 10136, so they are listed in the WPC product database. P and S builds are standard Qi at 15W.
Which certifications can you provide for my market?
CE (EMC, plus RED where a radio module is present), FCC Part 15, RoHS 3 and, for power banks, UN38.3. Qi, FCC and CE reports can be issued in your company name.
Do your chargers work with Android phones?
Yes. All models charge iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods, and Qi-enabled Android phones charge at 5–15W depending on the phone and coil alignment. Magnetic attachment needs a phone or case with a magnetic ring.
Can your power banks be taken on a plane?
Our 10,000 mAh models are about 37 Wh (at 3.7 V), well under the 100 Wh limit most airlines set for carry-on batteries. Every cell has a UN38.3 transport test report and we prepare the air-freight documents. Always check your airline's own rules.
Can you develop a new product to our design (ODM)?
Yes. Send a reference photo, a drawing or a market requirement; within 3 working days you get a costed proposal, a 3D render and a tooling schedule. A new housing takes 15–20 days to tool, and private moulds start at 3,000 pcs.
How do you control quality?
AQL 2.5 inspection on incoming parts and finished goods, AOI after every SMT reflow, an in-line functional test on every unit and 100% burn-in on power banks. You receive a photo report and carton drop-test results before shipment.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Within one business day. A product engineer reads every request and replies with a unit price, a lead time and the certification path for your market.
Where is your factory, and can we visit?
In Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with tooling, SMT and assembly under one roof. Factory visits and live video tours can be arranged on request.
