One cell platform, three capacities
The board is the same. The cell count is not.
All twelve models run the same charge controller and the same magnet ring. Capacity comes from how many 5,000 mAh cells sit behind it — one, two or four.
5,000 mAh
PB-5K series. 8–11mm thick, pocket format. The volume SKU for promotional and travel retail.
10,000 mAh
PB-10K series. Seven models including built-in cable, foldable plug and digital display. The default for brand programmes.
20,000 mAh
PB-20K-A. 45W USB-C output, dual port. Airline carry-on limit is 27,000 mAh, so this one still flies.
Why it matters: cells are the largest cost line and the largest certification risk. We buy from three qualified suppliers and hold UN38.3 reports for each batch — the report number travels with the shipping documents, not on request.

All models ship with UN38.3 and IEC 62133-2 test reports. Air freight requires the UN38.3 report plus an MSDS, both included.

What importers ask before ordering.
Can these be air-freighted?
Yes. Every model has a UN38.3 report and an MSDS on file. Under 100Wh per unit they ship as Class 9 dangerous goods, which most forwarders handle routinely. The documents go out with the commercial invoice, not after you ask.
What is the cycle life on wireless charging?
800 cycles to 80% capacity when discharged wirelessly at 25°C. Wired discharge reaches 1,000 cycles. The difference is heat, not cell quality — if your buyers use wireless daily, specify the 10,000 mAh models, which run cooler per cell.
Can the capacity be customised?
Between 5,000 and 20,000 mAh, yes, from 1,000 pcs. Outside that range requires a new housing tool, which is separate NRE.
Is the digital display accurate?
It reads coulomb count, not voltage, so it stays within 3% across the discharge curve. Voltage-based displays, the cheaper ones, drop from 100% to 60% in the first ten minutes.
