Sample and certification
Functional samples off the tool. Logo, colour, packaging and plug standard locked. Qi, FCC and CE reports issued against the exact sample you approve.

Mass production
Runs from 500 to 20,000 pcs. AQL 2.5 inspection, carton drop test, and a photo report on your desk before the container leaves Shenzhen.

Most factories will quote you the same 15W pad in a different shell. These are the four places where the specification actually separates one supplier from another.

Qi2.2 at a real 25W
Full 25W magnetic charging, not a 15W product wearing a Qi2 badge. Certified against the current WPC specification and registered under QHD 10136, so your compliance team can look it up rather than take our word for it.

Active thermal control
A TEC semiconductor plate and a silent fan hold the coil below 40 °C. The point is not the fan — it is that 25W still holds at minute forty instead of throttling back to 7W once the phone gets warm.

Semi-solid battery cells
Our power banks run semi-solid electrolyte cells instead of standard polymer. Fewer thermal events under abuse, longer cycle life, and a supply chain story that survives an audit.

Can you print our logo and use our own packaging?
Yes. OEM orders can carry your logo, colour, packaging and plug standard from 500 pcs. We send a pre-production sample for your approval before the run starts.
Can you develop a new product to our design (ODM)?
Yes. Send a reference photo, a drawing or a market requirement; within 3 working days you get a costed proposal, a 3D render and a tooling schedule. A new housing takes 15–20 days to tool, and private moulds start at 3,000 pcs.
How long do samples and mass production take?
Samples take 7–10 days. Mass production takes 25–30 days after sample approval. Repeat orders on existing tooling can be expedited to 18 days for an 8% surcharge.
What is the difference between the Q, P and S versions?
They share one housing and one set of tooling. Q is Qi2.2 certified with 25W magnetic charging, P is standard 15W Qi, and S is a cost-optimised 15W build — so you can sell Q in one market and P or S in another without paying for new tooling.
